The more committed you are the more you will get out of the journey. Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with me. We set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
The first step is to schedule an introductory 1/2 hour mini session, either face to face or over the phone. In that session, we will talk about your goals, I will tell you about the program, and how the sessions will work. We will discuss how we will work together and what our next steps will be.
